San Eugenio Alto property for sale

Heading up into the hills above Las Americas is San Eugenio Alto, a relaxed back water with great views of the coast and easy access to some testing walking trails.

Many people choose property here as they feel they get the best of both worlds, easy access to the night life centres and beaches but enough detachment to be able to dip in and out at them and spend the rest of the time enjoying a quieter way of life. As properties are built into the hillside, they have views that cannot be blocked by future developments.

The TF1 seperates Alto from the lower section of San Eugenio Bajo and as you drive up over either of the motorway bridges, you will see some of the attractions the area has to offer. On the eastern side is the famous El Molino Blanco restaurant, noted for it’s fine Spanish cuisine, colourful gardens and the distinctive old white mill that gives it it’s name.

On the western side, the road curls round Aqualand, one of the islands most popular parks, that includes water slides, pools and the dolphin show, a real family favourite.There are also tennis courts up here for the more energetic and a nice selection of bars and restaurants, both English and Spanish.
